Damaged or Defective Items (Claims)

We take great care in packaging and shipping your order. However, if your product arrives damaged or defective, we’re here to help.

What to Do If Your Order Arrives Damaged

  • Inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
  • Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing (if applicable).
  • Submit a claim within 48 hours of delivery using the form below. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.

Required Information for a Claim

  • To help us process your claim efficiently, please be prepared to provide:
  • Order number
  • Description of the damage or issue
  • Clear photos of the damaged product, packaging (inside and outside), Shipping label (if applicable)

Once submitted, our team will review your claim and contact you regarding the next steps.

Claim Review & Resolution Process

After your claim is submitted:

  • Our team will review the information and documentation provided.
  • You may be contacted for additional details or clarification.
  • Approved claims may result in:
    • Replacement parts
    • Product replacement
    • Refund or store credit (at our discretion)

Please do not dispose of any damaged items or packaging until your claim has been fully reviewed, as they may be required for inspection.

Warranty Information

Our products are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use.

Warranty Coverage Includes:

  • Defects in materials or workmanship
  • Issues arising from normal, intended use

Warranty Does Not Cover:

  • Damage caused by improper installation
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Misuse, abuse, or modification
  • Damage caused by accidents or environmental factors

Warranty claims must be submitted using the form below and may require proof of purchase and supporting photos.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted on eligible items only with prior approval.

Return Guidelines:

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
  • Return requests must be submitted within the approved return window
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an approved claim

Refunds are issued only after returned items are inspected and approved.
